Dean Cunningham

(Salisbury, NC office)

 

 

President - Dean graduated from NC State with a B.S. in Biological and Agriculture Engineering, and a Masters in Civil Engineering-Environmental. He joined Beacon in 1983 and he and his partner bought the company in 2002. Dean has three grown children, and a wife who occupy a lot of his "off-time". He enjoys traveling, especially to the NC Mountains, where he grew up and out west. He enjoys most sports particularly golf and tennis.

Tom Hamilton

(Florida Office)

 

 

Tom is a graduate of the University of Florida and a State of Florida Certified Electrical Contractor. He and Dean Cunningham purchased Beacon Industrial Group in 2002. Tom and his wife have two grown children who he is extremely proud of. Also, he likes to hunt, fish and hike. However, one of his favorite leisure activities is riding his motorcycle on long road trips covering much of the US. He especially enjoyed his cross-country trip on Route 66 all the way to California.

Tom Castleberry

Tom has Electronics training in USAF. One year of Electrical Engineering at Georgia Tech and a Business Degree from the University of Georgia. He has a background that includes designing & selling Control Systems for Industrial Facilities. Tom enjoys playing the guitar, and fishing when he is not working with church projects or raising his daughter.

Chris Strickland

(Clayton Office)

 

 

Chris has over 15 years experience in the electrical industry, including commercial, industrial, and voice & data/media systems.  He completed two years of study at Johnston Technical Community College and two additional years of study at UNC-CH. Chris is married and has three school age children. He enjoys his family, sports, and music.
